I own all the rights to the final artwork, when using my art you need to credit me or link my profile.

PERSONAL USE ONLY. Such as profile pictures, wallapepers.YOU CAN NOT use my artwork to earn any type of currency.

I can use the commissioned art to advertise myself (and my art), etc. unless otherwise accorded by the client.

Once the sketch is done I’ll send it to you to approve, you can ask for changes, once it’s approved I won’t do any major changes to the final artwork.

You cannot use the commission for anything NFT, Crypto or AI related.

No tracing, copying, editing, stealing, reselling my art.

Only if you cancel BEFORE the sketch is made the money will be send back to you, please note that paypal takes a % of the money, I DO NOT keep this fee, so in case of a refund please know that the money you'll recieve back will NOT be the same amount you sent due to fees.

In case of cancelling your order you'll be blacklisted from my services and will no longer be able to buy from me.

Also please not I usually start with sketches once the payment it's done, so the refund will have to be issued almost instantly. Once I've send the sketch, there are no full refunds. A parcial refund of 50% can be made AFTER the sketch is done ONLY IF I haven't started with lineart, coloring or shading.

Please again note that Paypal takes a fee % and you won't be able to get 100% of your money back.
